This is the most recent version of the RQ. It explicitly limits the period of inquiry and documentation to the legally relevant 4 year period. However, it appears that the older RQ, CIT 0171 (09-2012), which asks for information and documentation since the applicant’s arrival in Canada, is still in use as well.
