Write a Letter to the Editor

Speak out against the growing citizenship backlog and RQ processing delays by writing a Letter to the Editor in your local newspaper.

Feel free edit and personalize these letters.

Be sure to proof read and spell check. Spelling and grammar mistakes make it easier for officials to not take your issue seriously. Keep your letter as short as possible, while explaining the situation so that someone who knows nothing about the citizenship process can understand what you are going through. Papers are most likely to print your Letter to the Editor when it is 50-200 words long.
